I salvaged it by chopping finely, sautéing, and mixing with a fair amount of ricotta cheese and sometimes an egg or two. A little salt, pepper, olive oil. Then I would bake the whole thing until it got firm. Frequently, I mixed in other greens (spinach, whatever), sautéed onions, etc. I called it Green Pie and it was super yummy. I'm not sure if you guys are doing dairy or not, but you could try something in that realm with pureed silken tofu instead of ricottaRachaelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12174370689197345283noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4066108016896383194.post-4259067461689716742011-11-16T22:23:23.630-07:002011-11-16T22:23:23.630-07:00That really seems like a great price for local and...That really seems like a great price for local and organic, not having to leave the house, and the abundance! <br />I had expected way less produce for the price. I wonder where the orange is from though ;)Katrinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02891812900572669930noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4066108016896383194.post-41511826949749584612011-11-12T20:34:06.240-07:002011-11-12T20:34:06.240-07:00I totally vote for kale chips.
